From the bedroom, you can access the garden by opening and closing the shoji screens and the wooden doors. In the living room, there is a standing table with a plate of chestnut wood, and you can relax while looking out at the garden.
A guest room with a small garden, and you can see the sky from a circle cut out of the ceiling. Like the Tsubo-niwa of a traditional Kyomachiya, you can feel the natural light and wind even while indoors, and the scent of the season flows, bringing you a healing time.
The only tatami room type where you can take off your shoes and relax. It is a guest room that can be used by 3 people and can experience the Japanese-style room like those of a Ryokan.
The spacious flooring of the guest room is like a luxurious Ryokan with a mix of Japanese and Western styles, if you close the shoji screen that separates it from the bathroom. The Japanese paper panel on the Tokonoma doors gives the room a different atmosphere.
The room design concentrates utilities near the bed. The headboard is equipped with indirect lighting that softly illuminates the space, and is accented with the wall art of the Bishamon turtle shell which brings good luck.
The "Tokonoma" door deliberately pairs modern original graphics on Japanese Washi paper with a delicate expression. It is a modern expression of the gentle mountains surrounding Kyoto.
