The breakfast course highlights seasonal Kinki ingredients such as Tamba Kogen pork, Yoka pork, and freshly caught seafood from Maizuru Port. Guests can choose from signature dishes like the famous “Rare Fried Horse Mackerel” or the award-winning Tamba Kogen Pork tenderloin cutlet, along with other rotating seasonal selections.
Each dish is prepared with a delicate coating of house-blended breadcrumbs and fried in a carefully crafted blend of four premium oils, resulting in a crisp yet light texture—perfect even for a morning meal. This is a breakfast that embodies both artistry and flavor, offering a unique start to the day.

Nestled in a quiet lane of Shijo Karasuma, “Micuri-Kuwa” is an intimate kappo-style restaurant that transforms the freshest ingredients of the Kinki region into refined, lightly fried specialties. From Tamba Kogen pork and Yoka pork to seafood delivered directly from Maizuru Port, each ingredient is crafted into a new dining experience that blends tradition with innovation.
Guests can enjoy set-course menus ranging from signature fried delicacies to seasonal specialties, paired with a curated selection of wine, sake, and whisky. The 2nd floor also offers private rooms, making it an ideal setting for anniversaries, dates, business dinners, and special occasions.
