“isoism” is a restaurant of dishes made with Tsukemono (Japanese pickle) located at Karasuma Shichijo near the Kyoto station. “isoism” menu focuses on original way of Tsukemono such as pickiling Kyoto vegetables with Dashi soy sauce, sake lees, etc. with no bounding by Kyoto traditional pickles technique. Very unieque and unexpected kinds of pickles such as tomatoes pickled with white wine and celeries pickled with orange would attract you. We recommend the lunch menu to enjoy a plate of 12 kinds of colorful Tsukemono. Please come and enjoy “real deliciousness” of vegetables.
